The basic procedure to etch glass digitally is as follows:
- Clean the surface of the glass and let it dry for some time
- Cover four sides with transparent cello tape
- Make it ready the image for glass etching
- Cut the image through laser plotter
- Remove the portion that want to etch on the glass
- Prepare chemical and mix for 3 minutes
- Apply on the glass and place the prepared stencil
- Gently Spread the chemical with the help of wiping glass
- Allow it to etch for 5:30 Hrs and remove the stencil media for etching again
- Final touching
- Wow! the Digital Glass Etching is ready to use
